Apathy is induced to me by waiting for time to pass, when I have nothing to do. It may be seen as a point of transition when I have finished one activity and I am waiting to start the next one. It might be that I have finished my lecture and I now have to wait for the bus to come. There shall be a period of time when I dedicate myself to nothing in particular. I shall be waiting for time to go by.
