Rather than being a portrait of the self, I wanted to make this image a portrait of the mind.
Having said that, the screen represent my mind. Different words are projected on that screen and they lead to a certain type of behaviour. The reason why I choose this image in particular is beacuse my face is not visible but my neck can be observed in the photograph. My arms can also be seen even if they are moving, hence the blurred effect.
The environment has nothing special, in order to avoid distracting the viewer's attention. I am sitting on an armchair, placed in front of a blank wall. Nothing fancy, just a simple piece of furniture.
